Job Description


  • Candidates must have at least SPM, Diploma or above qualification in Admin, Business, Marketing or a related field and experience.
  • Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office. exp: Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • At least 1 year experienced in admin or sales supports.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to give suggestion and proposals to improve work quality and accuracy.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
  • Assist and support in office admin duties related to sales support and daily administrative tasks.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from Sales Agents.
  • Perform data entry, update, and maintain ERP systems, filing, and other clerical duties as assigned.
  • Maintain system updates, filing, documentation.
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and email inquiries.
  • Prepare and update relevant monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned by management from time to time.
