Candidates must have at least SPM, Diploma or above qualification in Admin, Business, Marketing or a related field and experience.
Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office. exp: Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
At least 1 year experienced in admin or sales supports.
Able to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to give suggestion and proposals to improve work quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities
Assist and support in office admin duties related to sales support and daily administrative tasks.
Handle incoming inquiries from Sales Agents.
Perform data entry, update, and maintain ERP systems, filing, and other clerical duties as assigned.
Maintain system updates, filing, documentation.
Respond to incoming phone calls and email inquiries.
Prepare and update relevant monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
Perform administrative duties as assigned by management from time to time.
