Support the hiring process by scheduling interviews and preparing onboarding materials for new employees.
Help coordinate staff training sessions and company events.
Prepare and compile regular reports for management, such as project progress reports, expense tracking, and administrative summaries.
Take ownership of managing all company licenses and certifications (e.g., MOF, CIDB, Local Council, etc.).
Proactively monitor and track all renewal dates, ensuring 100% compliance and timely submission of all required documents.
Maintain an organized digital and physical database of all licenses and official correspondence.
Actively participate as a member of the tender procurement team.
Assist in monitoring tender portals (like E-perolehan) to identify new project opportunities.
Support the team in preparing and compiling tender documents, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and formatted correctly.
Help coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Provide general administrative support to the office, including managing correspondence, filing, and ordering supplies.
Work collaboratively with all team members and departments, offering support where needed to achieve common goals.
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
