- Temporary position for 4 months (starting December 2025)
- Help with basic admin work like filing, scanning, and data entry
- Update and organize documents, records, and folders.
- Keep track of tools and equipment for the Site and Production teams.
- Assist the team with booking request by employees for hotels and cars
- Assist with checking office supplies and simple office tasks.
- Retrieve the company assets ie tools during staff clearance process.
- Arrange courier services for item delivery when necessary.
- Support any ad-hoc tasks given by the team.
- Minimum SPM
- Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (speaking, writing, understanding)
- Punctual and disciplined
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- overtime payment (if required to do OT)
