This position is required to provide overall admin support to the delivery team particularly to monitor (daily/weekly) courier status updates and follow up on all pending deliveries status with customer / partners via emails and calls to facilitate the SLA compliance agreed with customer.
Monitor courier delivery performance. Follow up daily/weekly/monthly
Daily check on delivery status in system and ensure all the status is up to date. Escalate for late or no response.
Rearrange deliveries with drivers/dispatch and couriers without fail.
To ensure all deliveries are coordinated and delivered as per SLA. Exceptions are communicated and sorted daily.
Reply emails/WhatsApp/Calls to customer on time and assist customer on urgent issues.
Prepare delivery related reports daily/weekly/monthly for management.
Any other delivery and communication related task assigned from time to time.
