Job Description


  • SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
  • Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Able to write & communicate in English
  • Hardworking, well disciplined and willing to learn
  • Fresh graduate are welcomed
  • Experienced in related field is an added advantage
Responsibilities
  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Organising & maintaining files/records
  • Handle the processing of all customer orders or requests with accuracy & timeless
  • To prepare Delivery Order and Invoices using SAP & SQL
  • To ensure that all purchases are correctly invoiced & delivered in a timely manner
  • Communicate and negotiates with suppliers in order to obtain best price
  • Assists import shipping and custom clearance
  • To liaise with clients / suppliers in procurement matters
  • Answer phone calls, monitor, reply messages and emails in a professional
  • Provide support for the sales & marketing team if required
