Job Description


  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize paperwork, including contracts, invoices, and client documentation.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and in-person
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
