Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent in any field.

Competent with MS Office, Open Office or Google Sheets, Docs & Slides.
Responsibilities
Responsible to support overall general office administrative task.
Prepare and issue quotations as per discussed and instructed by management.
Prepare and issue purchase order in a timely manner.
Monitor the customers\' payments on products bought and ensure they have made payment before the dateline.
Liaise with Account Department to ensure smooth transactions has been made by customer.
Liaise closely with Manager to ensure the inventory in hand remains within an optimal range.
Ensure the products are not expired and are still in good condition.
Ensure proper filing of all-important documents such as quotations, customer PO, Sales orders, invoices, DO and all other communications between the Company and Customers.
Coordinate and ensure that the items bought are delivered to customer are delivered on time and in good condition.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
