  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Displays a strong work ethic, a positive outlook, and a willingness to learn new skills, supporting a productive and respectful workplace.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a cooperative spirit.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel and MS Word, with solid computer literacy to support various administrative functions.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Knowledge or experience in managing stock inventory is an added advantage.
  • A minimum of two year of experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Reliable, disciplined, and dependable, committed to integrity, honesty, and a positive approach to teamwork.
  • Respects and adheres to company policies, demonstrating openness to discuss issues or suggestions with supervisors for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
  • Professionally handle all incoming and outgoing calls, emails, mail, faxes, and data entry requests, ensuring clear and timely communication. Accurately route messages and information to relevant departments.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome and addressing inquiries with courtesy.
  • Arrange and coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring facilities are prepared to accommodate internal discussions and external meetings smoothly.
  • Support daily office operations, including managing the organization and cleanliness of common areas and providing general assistance as needed.
  • Oversee office supply inventory, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels for optimal office function.
  • Establish and maintain organized record-keeping and filing systems to ensure easy access to critical documents and information.
  • Provide support on ad-hoc assignments and administrative tasks as directed by management, contributing flexibly to meet changing business needs.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned, always demonstrating a proactive and cooperative approach to teamwork.
