*MUST be familiar with Excel as most of our documents are using Excel * Multitasking for administration job: 1) prepare quotations, invoices, purchase order, customers statements , update sales, update payment customers and other related administration work request by manager 2) check stock book, daily filing , prepare payment voucher and other related administration works Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Administration: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Administrative: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • English (Preferred)
