DJI Malaysia is hiring Admin Assistant! Job Responsibilities:
  • Generating sales invoices, PO and PR
  • Keeping track of customer information and sales records
  • Organizing, collecting and filing sales orders
  • Updating inventory data and follow up on HQ delivery status
  • Follow up with customer/client on sales orders
  • Staying well informed about the new goods and their characteristics
  • Keep track and process departmental claims and outlet expenses
  • Calculating sales associates\' commission
  • Generating supply and upgrade sales reports on a monthly basis
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Due to the nature of business)
  • Fresh graduates with a strong passion to learn are encouraged to apply. (On-Job training will be provided)
