We are seeking a Finance enthusiastic and mature minded person, who is task oriented with the desire to go the extra mile. The Role (Duties & Responsibilities) \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the preparation of monthly payroll including handling deduction and contribution for PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS for employer and employee. \xe2\x80\xa2 Timely update of project progress report for recognition of revenue and cost for individual project. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for all day-to-day operation in the Finance & Administration Department. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare FULL set account. \xe2\x80\xa2 Verify and manage the supplier/subcontractor\'s payments, ensuring the timely verification of invoices and processing of payments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate with suppliers/sub-contractors on accounting issue. \xe2\x80\xa2 Process the monthly material deduction and back-charges & ensuring that they are verified in a timely manner and properly recorded in the company\xe2\x80\x99s accounts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare payment vouchers, petty cash vouchers, and accounts payable & maintain copies of payment vouchers, invoices, correspondences and other financial documents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Cooperate with other departments on preparing accounting documents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with auditors, tax agents, government authorities and bankers \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor daily cash flow and prepare bank reconciliation \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist with financial year-end audit and closing of accounts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the preparation of monthly payroll including handling deduction and contribution for PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS for employer and employee. \xe2\x80\xa2 Timely update of project progress report for recognition of revenue and cost for individual project. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for all day-to-day operation in the Finance & Administration Department.
