VACANT: (1) Puchong (2)KL Responsible for general admin duties with related duties. -experienced in property management or residence unit for at least 2 years -Perform dedicated customer service. -Prepare monthly billings & send to owners/residents. -Handle all general administrative work -Assist in handling complaints from residents. -Send reminders to defaulters & follow-up calls. -Receive daily payments & issuance of official receipts -Receive, update & keep proper records of all payments and deposits collected. -Attending calls & email inquiry. Language: Bahasa Melayu , English Qualification: SPM / STPM / Diploma. Prefer female candidate. Salary range 1800-2000
