Working Days: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work. Requirements: .Minimum education qualification: Fluent in Malay, Chinese and English as there is a need to communicatewith counterparts who are based oversea (Taiwan & China) .Flexible and open to other job scope. Job scope: 1. Responsible for welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, appointments and directing various administrative projects. 2. Act as document controller 3. Basic computer literacy (MS word, excel, PowerPoint) 4.Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results. 5.Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations. ????
