Job details:
\xc2\xb7 Position Title: Admin assistant
\xc2\xb7 Contract Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Renewable)
\xc2\xb7 Working Location: Penang island - onsite
\xc2\xb7 Working Hours: 8:30am to 6:00 pm.
\xc2\xb7 Working Days: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work.
\xc2\xb7 Salary remuneration: RM 2500 to RM 3000 (depends on experience & qualification) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement +medical insurance.
Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Min 1 - 3 years\' experience in admin.
\xc2\xb7 Minimum education qualification: Fluent in Malay, Chinese and English as there is a need to communicate with counterparts who are based oversea (Taiwan & China)
\xc2\xb7 Flexible and open to other job scope.
Job scope:
1. Responsible for welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, appointments and directing various administrative projects.
2. Act as document controller
3. Basic computer literacy (MS word, excel, PowerPoint)
4. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
5. Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
