Job Description

Working location: Jalan Gergaji 15/14, 40200 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5.30 pm

Job Responsibilities



Fill out and scan local and foreign forms for quality control inspection.

Handle administrative responsibilities such as word processing, document editing, presentations, filing, and internal document requests.

Update customer complaint, CAR/NCR, claim mill, and calibration master lists.

Assist in submitting non-conformance reports to appropriate departments.

Help to update and attach reports to Epicor system.

Prepared Alleged Report and Stainless Steel Report.

Carry out other duties as given by superior.

Job Requirements



Minimum SPM or certificate.

Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel application and keen to learn new things.

A good team player who can work in minimal supervision.

Good communication skill and attention to detail.

Experience as an admin would be a great advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
