Job Description

Responsibilities



To generate, file, and scan incoming material forms for QC inspection, both local and international. To perform administrative tasks, including word processing, editing documents, preparing presentations, filing, and managing internal document requests. To update and maintain records such as the Customer Complaint Master List, CAR/NCR Master List, Claim Mill Master List, and Calibration Master List. To assist in issuing non-conformance reports to the relevant departments. To assist in updating and attaching reports in the Epicor System. To prepare Alleged Reports and Stainless Steel Reports. To perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

Qualifications



Candidate must possess at least a

SPM / Diploma

in Business Management, Administrative Science, Manufacturing, Engineering or a related field.

Fresh Graduate

are encouraged to apply. Must be good in

Mathematics

(At least a

C in SPM

). 1-3 years of relevant experiences in Data Entry / Microsoft Excel / ERP System / AutoCAD will be an added advantage. Meticulous to

details

and sensitive to

numbers

. Must be willing to work in a

factory office environment

.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
