The Admin Assistant for the Corporate Department provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth operations within the department. This role involves organizing documents, handling correspondence, assisting with reports, managing schedules, and supporting various corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the corporate team.
Prepare, format, and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) for corporate records and legal documents.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls; prepare meeting agendas and take minutes when required.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis when necessary.
Monitor and manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
Support with document submissions, company filings, or renewals (e.g., company licenses, registrations).
Perform other duties as assigned to support the corporate function.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
