Job Description

Responsibilities:



To assist SHO/PM in daily routine work Continuously monitor and maintain the Safety Document To control all incoming and outgoing ESH, documents, data, correspondences by using relevant registers and forms To update list of workers, Permit to Work (PTW), request for Work Inspection (RFWI) Liaise with the consultant, client and HQ teams on documentation Maintain and archive Quality Management System (QMS) records, documents and data To update monthly basis online system client PANTAS, Safe Space and Benchmark gensuite To ensure all authority requirement are active

Requirement:



At least a Diploma holder with knowledge of Safety & Health At least 2 years working experience in related field Knowledge in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is preferred Possessed OSH Coordinator Cert is Preferred
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
