Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports. To perform administrative work and office support for outlet head. Assist with procurement activities, including purchasing supplies and equipment. Monitor and order office supplies as needed. Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing. Assist with special projects and provide support to other team members as needed.

Requirements:



Have diploma or degree in related field. At least 2 years working experience in related field, those from Automotive background are preferred. Must know computer literacy. Willing to learn and hardworking. Must willing to work at Ipoh.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE IN AUTOMOTIVE FIELD



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
