Job Description


1. To comply with data protection legislation, manage company files and filing. 2. To prepare branch administration and HR work eg. Courier matters, staff leave, staff attendance, security report, OT claim. 3. To renew of Fire Exthingusie , JKKKP, Trade Plate, Trade License and Trade License and road tax of company car and new project. 4. To request quotation from supplier or contractor for any handling appropriate arrangement. 5. To prepare operation documentation such as fixed asset, IT application, disposal, car repair requisition. 6. To arrange and plan meeting schedule including internal with branch/ HQ and external. 7. To assist Executive in plan and implement hospitality arrangements for Director, including provision of hospitality for visitors. 8. To prepare and manages communication, reports, materials and meeting preparation as required by executive.
