Admin Assistant

Location : 1Powerhouse, Persiaran Bandar Utama
Working Hour : Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 05:00PM
Remuneration : RM 3,500 - RM 4,000

Duration : 6-Months contract with PERSOLKELLY

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Office Manager, including
  • managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for the guest or the trip to Melaka Plant.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Office Manager, including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, records, and databases, ensuring efficient retrieval of information.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and special events, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and logistics.
  • Office Operations to work with Facility Coordinator: Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Track and reconcile expenses, prepare expense reports, and manage budgets as directed.
  • Assist in the coordination of various projects and data analysis as needed.
  • Collaborate with admin team members and other departments/entities to ensure smooth operations and provide backup support.
Job Requirement
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Google mail, Google sheet, Google Slides including calendar
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Optional Desired Skills:
  • Experience with specific software such as Oracle, Service Now or tools relevant to the shared service industry.
  • Knowledge of office management best practices.
