Requirements
Diploma or relevant experience in admin / purchasing
Able to start immediately (urgent hiring)
Basic Microsoft Excel & Word
Responsible and able to work independently
Experience in construction industry is an advantage (optional)
Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative tasks, filing, and weekly staff claims
Prepare business letters, emails, quotations, and follow-up correspondence
Prepare Purchase Orders and coordinate with suppliers
Coordinate delivery schedules and prepare related documentation
Issue Invoices & Delivery Orders based on work progress
Assist in issuing basic e-Invoices (training provided)
Print monthly attendance list from InfoTech system
Assist in overtime (OT) calculation
Key in new site locations & new employee information into InfoTech
Perform general admin duties as required
