Requirements
  • Diploma or relevant experience in admin / purchasing
  • Able to start immediately (urgent hiring)
  • Basic Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Experience in construction industry is an advantage (optional)
Responsibilities
  • Handle daily administrative tasks, filing, and weekly staff claims
  • Prepare business letters, emails, quotations, and follow-up correspondence
  • Prepare Purchase Orders and coordinate with suppliers
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and prepare related documentation
  • Issue Invoices & Delivery Orders based on work progress
  • Assist in issuing basic e-Invoices (training provided)
  • Print monthly attendance list from InfoTech system
  • Assist in overtime (OT) calculation
  • Key in new site locations & new employee information into InfoTech
  • Perform general admin duties as required
