Requirements
- Diploma or relevant experience in admin / purchasing
- Able to start immediately (urgent hiring)
- Basic Microsoft Excel & Word
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Experience in construction industry is an advantage (optional)
- Handle daily administrative tasks, filing, and weekly staff claims
- Prepare business letters, emails, quotations, and follow-up correspondence
- Prepare Purchase Orders and coordinate with suppliers
- Coordinate delivery schedules and prepare related documentation
- Issue Invoices & Delivery Orders based on work progress
- Assist in issuing basic e-Invoices (training provided)
- Print monthly attendance list from InfoTech system
- Assist in overtime (OT) calculation
- Key in new site locations & new employee information into InfoTech
- Perform general admin duties as required
