Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative & coordination support to the sales team
  • Prepare Purchase Order, Invoice, Delivery Order, Receipt, collect payment
  • Manage online platform orders & product delivery (Shopee & Lazada)
  • Calculate Stock Balance and update Stock report to manager.
  • Process sales orders, arrange deliveries and offer after-sales support.
  • Tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs
  • Providing customer service, and managing customer accounts.
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Maintain office supplies for department
