Manage office and pantry supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
Maintain cleanliness and oversee general office maintenance.
Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
Collect and compile staff attendance for payroll processing.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Track and manage stock levels.
Assist with processing domestic and international sales orders.
Print and prepare airway bills (AWB) for orders.
Update inventory systems (TikTok Shop, website).
Support interns with training coordination.
Stock Management
Conduct daily stock take for incoming and outgoing inventory.
Paperwork & Scheduling
Create and maintain a team calendar (e.g., for live hosts).
Coordinate weekly team meetings and staff appointments (e.g., interviews).
Manage and document staff leave requests.
Prepare official documents (offer letters, increment letters, termination letters).
Generate daily and monthly sales reports.
