$ 2,500.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoice, checks etc
  • To assist in daily office administrative task which includes documentation, filling, correspondence and following up on pending matters
  • Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
  • Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages
  • To perform general clerical tasks & duties
  • Responsible for any assigned general job
  • To carry any other duties, responsibilities and assignment wherever required
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM
  • Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, computer skill
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
  • Able to work independently
  • Willing to work in Seri Kembangan, Selangor
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
