- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Proficient in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

- Car Trading Support: Assist in managing both online and offline car trading operations, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Loan Processing: Handle the entire loan application process, including gathering necessary documentation, completing forms, and ensuring timely submissions.
- Bank Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with banks to track the status of loan applications and provide updates to management and clients.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain records in databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Customer Service: Provide support to customers regarding inquiries about car trading and loan processes, fostering positive relationships.
- Task Management: Assist with various administrative tasks assigned by superiors, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing office supplies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and finance teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
