Who We Need?

• SPM/STPM or Diploma in any relevant fields.
• Knowledge in Accounting is a bonus
• At least 1 year\'s related experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
• Computer & Microsoft literate and numerate.
• must have knowledge or experiences in AutoCount Accounting System
• Mature, self-motivated, innovative and proactive while able to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
• Independent, high integrity, detail oriented and good team player.
• Must have own transport.

Tanggungjawab

• Performs data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files.
• Compiles budget data and maintains financial records as requested.
• Copies, collates, and otherwise prepares reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence.
• Compiling, maintaining and updating company records
• Compiling and maintaining records of office business transactions
• Maintain records, documentation and to ensure organized filing system
• Responsible to Administration Duties.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
