Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification;
Preferably with 1 year of working experience in related field is required for this position; Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, would be an added advantage;
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsible for the general Administrative Assistant duties such as handling of documentations
Data entry, billing & provide administrative support to department / superior;
Assist in daily running of office / projects;
Operation arrangement & communicate with internal & external parties;
Attend to incoming calls & emails: take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondences to the appropriate person in charge;
Maintain proper filling of all documents for record keeping;
To undertake other ad hoc administrative work as assigned by the management from time to time.
Others ad-hoc tasks from time-to-time.
