  • Min. SPM with 1 year working experience.
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent personal skills, tact, and judgement in dealing with people.
  • Mature, detail oriented, accurate and able to prioritize and work independently.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam and possess own transport.
Tanggungjawab
  • To manage the overall administrative functions including maintaining the filling systems.
  • Handling administration/ documentation works and answering all incoming calls.
  • Provide administrative support for pre and post Sales functions, preparing quotations, purchase orders, manuals and related documents.
  • Follow up on shipments delivery and ensure timely arrival of goods ordered.
  • Keep proper receipt of goods and update/ maintain relevant stock records.

  • Monitor outstanding payments from customers.
