Job Description


MohonKelayakan

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administrations or any field.
  • Prior working experience in administrations will be added advantage.
  • Ideally able to converse in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, who able to converse in Mandarin will be added advantage.
  • Positive working attitude, self-motivated and hardworking.
  • Detail oriented and prompt in documentation work.
Tanggungjawab
  • Assist to update Project Team petrol card usage.
  • Assist to update fixed asset listing.
  • Assist to arrange Project Team's accommodation and transportation bookings and record.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the office and office equipment in working conditions.
  • Monitor the sundry and stationary stock is sufficient stocks.
  • Handle general administrative documentation and verify staff claims.
  • Monitor working tool and office equipment handling.
  • Assist in secretarial duties such as typing, intra and inter department correspondence as well as coordination works.
