Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and motivated

Admin Assistant

to support the operations of our

Shopee store

and contribute to our growing

marketing initiatives

. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys handling data with accuracy and also has an interest in exploring the creative side of branding, campaigns, and social media.

You'll be a crucial part of ensuring our Shopee listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized while also assisting the marketing team with content planning, creative coordination, and platform campaigns.

Key Responsibilities



Shopee Data Entry & E-Commerce Administration



Create, update, and maintain product listings on Shopee with accurate information, including: Titles, descriptions, categories, pricing, stock, SKU, and product variations Monitor order flow, stock availability, customer chats, and feedback Assist in processing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns or refunds Upload product images and ensure all visual content meets brand guidelines Coordinate with warehouse or fulfillment team for stock-related updates Generate regular reports (sales, top-performing products, price comparisons, etc.)

Marketing & Creative Support



Assist the marketing team in planning and executing online campaigns for Shopee and social media platforms Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, seasonal sales, and promotions Support in writing basic copy for product listings, banners, captions, and vouchers Help in coordinating product photoshoots, influencer gifting, or social media content when needed Research market and competitor trends to suggest improvements for product listing and campaigns Use Shopee tools (Flash Sales, Vouchers, Add-on Deals, Free Shipping, Ads) to support campaign setup

Requirements & Qualifications



Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing or any related field

Experience with Shopee Seller Centre

is highly preferred Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (basic formulas, sorting, data entry) Basic understanding of digital marketing or branding Good command of English and/or Bahasa Malaysia (for product copy and communication) Comfortable using basic design platforms like Canva (optional) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Able to multitask and manage priorities independently

Bonus skills



Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Lazada, or other marketplaces Basic copywriting or SEO for product listings Understanding of Shopee Ads (SPU, KOL features, Campaign participation) Comfortable handling simple creative work like layouting product visuals in Canva
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
