- Receive Customer at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately - Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls - Reply/answer/entertain customer from WhatsApp / messenger from FB Page - Customer registration and appointment scheduling - Dispensing products and consumables and payment collection - Provide administrative support and assist in monthly stock take - Record product billings/invoices, responsible for daily cash handling - Basic Computer skills such as Excel - Maintaining a neat and professional front office environment to reinforce a good corporate image ** CANDIDATE MUST ATTACH THE OWN RESUME. Failed to attach the resume consider not interested.
