Job Description

Job Responsibility:



An Administrator provides office support.

Assist to process payment requests for electricity, water, indah water and other type of utility bills. Assist to come up with the monthly reports for utility bills. Assist to process request for hand-phones and to distribute to users. Assist to the purchasing section to source for suppliers. Assist store to pick and pack orders submitted by branches. Assist store to do house-keeping when required. Assist to update the company's network directory. Follow all ISO and company's policies and procedures. To handle any additional task assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in related field. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, Independent and matured person with an eye for evaluating critical matters High confident, diligent and good communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
