JOB DESCRIPTIONS
  • Administrative tasks
  • Prepare cash bills, invoice, delivery order & purchase order.
  • Manage and maintain stock
  • Maintain filing system (hard copy & soft copy) and office equipment
  • Capable of doing social media marketing
  • Excellent in using computer
  • Involve in staff recruitment
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business/Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy/Banking,Human Resources Management, Marketing, Secretarial or Equivalent.
  • IPTA graduated
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s) : Microsoft Office, MySQL Financial Accounting
  • Positive working attitude and willing to learn.
  • Malay ( preferred )
