Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent in any field.
  • Fresh graduate/ school leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Competent with MS Office, Open Office or Google Sheets, Docs & Slides.
Responsibilities
  • Correspond with supplier closely on products ordered from sourced country.
  • Create and issue Purchase Order (PO) to suppliers of sourced country.
  • Liaise with Accounts Department to ensure a smooth transaction on payments.
  • Follow up closely with supplier on the shipment process (I.e. ETD from sourced country, ETS of container at which port, etc.)
  • Ensure stocks ordered from supplier reaches on time as per scheduled and requirements are fulfilled as per ordered (I.e. Quality and quantity of products, costing of products, etc.)
  • Plan, manage and coordinate with Store Supervisor on allocation quantity of products according to the packing list.
  • Liaise closely with Store and Warehouse Supervisor to ensure the quantity of stock remains within an optimal range.
  • Perform weekly and monthly report on the status on sales, inventory and stocks to be uploaded on point of scale (POS) system.
  • Responsible to support overall general office administrative task.
  • Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the Management.
