Job Description


  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; Candidate with at least two year in Admin duties and ready to progress beyond admin duty and upgrade for career advancement will be priority
  • Good command of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (optional)
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical or equivalent
  • Candidate should have own transport
  • Able to work independently, responsible and self-motivated
Responsibilities
  • Perform general day to day administrative duties, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries
  • Responsible for maintenance of HR records and general administrative activities
  • Update records, prepare reports and ensure proper and effective filing system
  • Any other ad-hoc assignment from time to time
