Assist in preparing quotations and issuing POs based on project and site team requests.
Coordinate with suppliers for price, stock availability and delivery schedule
Monitor and check material stock levels.
Coordinate with site team to ensure materials are ordered and delivered as needed.
Compile, prepare and organize all relevant documents for project use (e.g. working permit applications, correspondence, approvals).
Ensure timely submission and proper filing of documents for project records.
Liaise with mall management, consultants and fit-out personnel to follow up on submissions and approvals.
Communicate with internal departments (QS, site team, purchasing) to ensure smooth project operations.
Assist in coordinating material delivery based on project requirements.
Perform general admin tasks such as filing, data entry, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Support meeting arrangements and maintain proper communication across departments.
