We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This role involves administrative tasks, communication with guests and staff, handling phone etiquette, and assisting various departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize filing systems and company records
Assist with data entry and documentation for internal departments
Prepare and update documents using Microsoft Word & Excel
Make courtesy or follow-up calls to guests when required
Support the Accounts Department in preparing payment vouchers and related documents
Assist with HR & Admin functions as assigned
Handle other ad hoc duties when needed
Requirements:
Proficient in spoken
Chinese
(required)
Basic SQL accounting knowledge is an advantage
Organized, responsible, and a fast learner
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Positive working attitude and pleasant personality
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
