Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant : We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the company. Responsibilities: 1. Proficiently use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. 2. Perform accurate and efficient database keying and data analysis to maintain up-to-date records and support decision-making processes. 3. Update daily sales reports, including itemized sales data and sales comparisons, to track performance and identify trends. 4. Act as an event planner, specifically for organizing cooking classes and managing customer invitations. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and ensure smooth execution of events. 5. Handle cashiering responsibilities, including processing sales transactions, issuing receipts, and maintaining cash register accuracy. 6. Maintain and organize physical and electronic documents, ensuring proper filing, storage, and retrieval. Update email communications as necessary. 7. Follow up on pending tasks and assignments, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with team members. 8. Assist in stock order and transfer processes, including monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and updating stock records. 9. Conduct point-of-purchase (POP) checking to ensure compliance with marketing and branding guidelines. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Additional certifications or relevant courses are a plus. - Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Strong data entry skills and experience with database management. - Excellent analytical skills to perform data analysis and generate meaningful insights. - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. - Previous experience in event planning and coordination is preferred. - Familiarity with cashiering procedures and basic accounting principles. - Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities. - Working hours will be as per retail shop operation hours, which includes weekend and public holiday work, off day will be on a weekday. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month Benefits:
