• Minimum of Diploma and above in Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encourages to apply.
• 1 year of experience in administration.
• Basic knowledge of computer (Microsoft)
• Good communication skill.
• Basic knowledge of technical tools.

• Good attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assign outdoor technical for daily job which is to attend technical complaint made by serviceman / customer.
• Recording the usage of technical storage, including managing locks and keys for vending machines, payment systems, and spare parts.
• Handling asset disposal (every time need to scrap machine).
• Raise order of technical spare parts with supplier and get quotation then pass to supplier and chain department to raise purchase order.
• Follow up on the technical spare parts such as ice maker, payment system that has been sent to supplier for repair.
• Managing complex system such as repairing payment systems, upgrading machine motherboards, and testing cashless readers.
• Do stock count for technical spare parts by monthly and pass to finance for them to oversee the usage of technical spare parts.
• Ad hoc duties assigned.
