Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks for the implementation of the e-Invoicing system, ensuring accurate and timely submission of invoices to the Inland Revenue Board
  • Assist in data entry for staff members who are on maternity leave, ensuring continuity of workflow and meeting deadlines
  • Support other teams with data entry tasks as needed, including administrative departments or ad hoc project
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain data integrity and quality standards
  • Handle departmental administrative work related to data entry process
  • Prepare reports or presentation materials as required by senior management or stakeholders regarding data entry process
Requirements
  • Diploma in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or another related fields background
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast- paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
