Perform data entry tasks for the implementation of the e-Invoicing system, ensuring accurate and timely submission of invoices to the Inland Revenue Board
Assist in data entry for staff members who are on maternity leave, ensuring continuity of workflow and meeting deadlines
Support other teams with data entry tasks as needed, including administrative departments or ad hoc project
Collaborate with team members to maintain data integrity and quality standards
Handle departmental administrative work related to data entry process
Prepare reports or presentation materials as required by senior management or stakeholders regarding data entry process
Requirements
Diploma in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or another related fields background
Proficiency in basic computer skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to work efficiently in a fast- paced environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
