Job Description


  • Excellent communication skills and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Computer literate
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
Responsibilities
  • Meet cash and debtor targets set by the company
  • Liaison with customers to ensure prompt payment and follow up overdue payment
  • Ensure all transactions are compliant with company policies
  • Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time
  • Provide accurate advice on billing queries
  • Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal inquiries
