- Prepare quotation & purchase order to customer & suppliers
- Find supplier, follow up with suppliers & update stock to customers
- Prepare all document tender (full set)
- Register company with MOF, CIDB, suppliers & customer
- Prepare all letter & minute meeting
- Answering phone call
- Update company profile
- Register school for CRT claim
- Perform others ad hoc duties

**5 days working days (Mon-Fri) (8.30 am - 6.00 pm)
