Admin Assistant
Handle all the registration and appointment very well
Schedule promptly and follow up appointments
Ensure all communication to patients via phone or WhatsApp is done according to Doctor instruction
Ensure all enquiries of company products and services is shared correctly.
Update all stocks related cleaning items, pantry items, medicine room items, marketing items, event items, premises and stationary items.
Handling deliveries promptly
Handle relevant medicine and packaging orders with vendors
Ensure all payment and billing is in order
Ensure all filing and other admin work are done well.
Ensure all SOP of clinic is done timely
Assist on social media and marketing as per required only
Handle relevant admin work on events
Ensure cleanliness of premises is good
Attend any other adhoc admin work
Committed and dedicated
Pleasant personality
Communication skills is good

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
