JOB VACANCY: ADMIN ASSISTANT
Location: Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary: RM1,700 - RM1,900 (depending on experience)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle general administrative tasks and organize company documents and filing.
Manage incoming calls and emails
Assist with data entry for invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and bookkeeper
Assist Account officer
Requirements:
Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and organizational skills
Able to work independently and multitask
Previous admin experience is an advantage
Able to start immediately is an added advantage
