You'll be supporting our education consultancy operations while helping us grow our brand through social media and on-ground activities.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations & documentation
Handle enquiries (WhatsApp, calls, emails)
Update student records, application forms, and follow-ups
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, events
Maintain office cleanliness & basic upkeep
Support counsellors and management with admin tasks
Assist in planning and posting content on social media platforms
Coordinate with designers/creators for marketing materials
Help run marketing campaigns, events, and roadshows
Collect leads, update CRM sheets, and track results
Support digital marketing tasks (basic captions, ideas, trends)
Requirements
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
Strong communication skills (English/Malay/Tamil is a bonus)
Basic knowledge of social media (IG, TikTok, Facebook)
Good organisation & time-management
Willing to learn and adapt
