Handle daily admin tasks, documentation, and filing (digital + physical)
Support internal coordination (vendors, schedules, simple follow-ups)
Prepare basic reports, update records, and ensure data accuracy
Assist finance admin tasks (depending on experience)
Track and manage license expiry dates; ensure data consistency with Finance.
Record and monitor client issues, and communicate system updates/maintenance notices.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and payment reminders.
Act as a liaison between Support and Finance teams for smooth coordination.
Assist the Account Manager with general administrative tasks and company events.
