assisting with the coordination of office activities, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
supporting the implementation of operational procedures and policies.
liaising with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the optimization of workflows.
undertaking ad-hoc projects and duties as required.
