Job Description

Job Scope :
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent

1 or 2 years in office admin management experience

Good communication, negotiation, Interpersonal skills

Result orientation and be able to work under pressure

To assist Executives in daily administrative related duties such as processing customer's order

Answering & directing incoming calls

Effectively communicates and implements company policies

Monitors company activities and update calendar of events

Welcome customers and guest in a professional and friendly manner

Key In Delivery order and Invoice for stock in

Process invoices and mange accounts payable and receivable

Supervise office staff, including clerical and administrative personnel

Maintain filing systems and ensure the proper retention, protection, and disposal of records.

Manage dare entry and other record keeping tasks

Ensure a safe and clean work environment

Job Requirement :
Administrative experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent requires

Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Words, System Sql

Highly effective written and verbal communication skills

Positive and professional work attitude

Detail-oriented
